Attending the Show as a Trader

History in Action offers extensive space for traders selling everything from military memorabilia and historical collectibles to vehicles and vintage gear. Whether you’re indoors or outdoors, we have a pitch to suit your needs.

Outdoor Pitches

Each outdoor pitch measures approximately 6m (frontage) x 8m (depth) (around 20ft x 26ft). Pricing depends on when you book – our online booking system will quote the correct rate at the time of your booking.

Returning traders from last year’s event will have their previous pitch held until 31st January 2025. After this date, all unconfirmed or unpaid pitches will be released and made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Indoor Pitches

Indoor pitch sizes range from 2m to 6m frontage. Availability and pricing can be viewed by clicking the Book Online button below or by downloading our Trader Booking Form.

What’s Included with Your Pitch

Each trader booking includes:

• 2 adult passes

• 2 vehicle passes
  Additional passes can be purchased through our booking system.

How to Book

We’ve made the booking process as simple as possible:

Option 1: Book Online
Use our secure online system to:

• Select your pitch size

• Upload your trader details

• Book advertising space in the new, expanded show programme

• Pay via credit or debit card

Option 2: Book by Post
Download the Trader Application Form, complete it, and post it back to us. Payment can be made by card or cheque.
