At History in Action, we proudly offer FREE entry to all Living History groups, no matter the era you represent. From ancient times to modern conflicts, we welcome authentic portrayals that help educate and inspire. Whether your group depicts Roman legionaries, Napoleonic soldiers, Victorian engineers, or Cold War forces, there’s a place for you at our show.

What We Provide:

• Ample parking for support vehicles, trailers, and exhibit transport

• A streamlined application process — choose between online booking or booking by post

How to Apply:

Booking your group is simple:

• Click “Book Online” to submit your group’s details electronically — quick, easy, and paper-free

• Or choose “Book by Post” to download the Living History application form and send it in manually

After Approval:

Once your application is approved, we’ll need the following:

• A list of your exhibit vehicles (if applicable)

• A full roster of attending group members

• Any other relevant display or logistical details

You can update your group’s information, vehicle list, or contact details at any time using our website or by submitting changes via our online contact form.
